  • Management – At peak I’ve ran a 35 person recruiting team that delivered 1,323 hires within a year’s time for North America; these were professional roles and largely billable tech hires.  Team was comprised of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators
  • I’ve launched and managed a recruiting organization in India; we delivered 270 hires and 90 additional offers out the door in an 8 month period, and from scratch
