Past Hiring Event Experience

At Indeed – Created a pilot hiring event team and ran strategy and execution for hiring events across the business. Created a comprehensive hiring event playbook. Goal was to identify hiring headcount gaps, target a hiring event every 30 days, and resulting in 20+ hires dependent upon level and role.

  • Upon starting, and within 30 days, I hired my team of 4 while end to end planning an Account Executive hiring event for Stamford and NYC. Result was 19 hires.
  • Staffed the first 4 Account Executive teams, 44 hires, over the course of 2 hiring events for Indeed’s new Scottsdale, AZ office.
